  1. You must be a pool member to host a party at the pool. All parties must be scheduled in advance with the NCASC VPs or NCASC Party Representative.
  2. The pool member hosting the party needs to be present for the duration of the party.
  3. All parties must be booked at least 14 days in advance. This will allow the pool management company time to schedule additional guards, if necessary. For booking, the form below should be copied, filled out and submitted to the NCASC committee. Please email the completed form to [email protected].  You may also email in advance to check if the date is open.
  4. Each party will receive three (3) reserved picnic tables for a maximum of three (3) hours.
  5. Only one party can be scheduled for the same time on a given day.
  6. Parties may not exceed 25 people. Certified Lifeguards may need to be hired, at your expense, based on the recommendation of the NCASC pool management company.
  7. All children under the age of 11 must pass the swim test before entering the pool. The party host is responsible for working with the lifeguard(s) on duty to ensure all guests pass the swim test.
  8. There is no fee to host a party at the pool. Any damages as a result of the party will be the party host’s full responsibility.
  9. You are responsible for clean-up at the end of the event. Trash must be placed in trash cans or taken home. Guards have additional trash bags if needed.
  10. All normal pool rules apply. You are responsible for the behavior of your guests and for enforcement of pool rules.
  11. No alcohol may be left unattended at any event held at the NCASC pool. At the conclusion of any event held at the NCASC pool, all alcohol must be removed from the property.
