The following North Cape Arthur Swim Club (NCASC) swimming pool rules protect all pool users and assure safe and sanitary operation of the pool facilities consistent with Anne Arundel County Health Department regulations. Failure to comply with these rules may be sufficient cause for suspension or expulsion from the pool. Parents are reminded to ensure their children observe all rules and obey all instructions of the lifeguards. North Cape Arthur Swim Club strives to provide a family-friendly environment and has adopted a zero tolerance policy to help protect our members, guards, coaches, and guests from foul language, rude and/or inappropriate behavior, harassment, and incivility. Any member or guest that does not adhere to this policy may be subject to immediate ejection from the pool premises and further discipline up to and including membership revocation without refund.

An adult must be engaged and within arm’s reach of their non-swimmer at all times.

11. During adult swim children under 18 may not be in the water or at the pool edge.

15. Diving board users may not dive until the previous diver has cleared the area below the board. Divers must jump or dive straight off the board. Front and back flips are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension from the pool and possible membership revocation without refund.
16. Individual parties, such as children’s birthday parties, will be permitted only after the review and approval of the NCASC board. The request is subject to a signed rental agreement received at least 14 days in advance of the event and must include a non-refundable event fee.
